●Construction - Main Con (A1) – Listed Company
●Basic $4600 to $6800 (Depends on experience)
●Working location: Tai Seng (Company Transport Provided)
●Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities- Manage and prepare cost estimates for tender submissions.
- Lead, guide, and review trade cost comparison sheets to ensure they follow the specifications and drawings, with no exclusions.
- Source, assess, and follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to secure timely and competitive quotations .
- Carry out quantity take-offs for structural and architectural works, and prepare detailed cost breakdowns based on drawings, specifications, and requirements.
- Review and verify the quantity take-offs prepared by Quantity Surveyors to ensure accuracy and consistency.
