Our client is a well-established residential groundworks contractor based in Northamptonshire, delivering infrastructure and groundwork packages for some of the UK’s leading housebuilders. With an annual turnover of approximately £100 million, the business has experienced sustained growth and continues to secure major residential developments across the region.
Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.
