Job Summary
The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for delivering accurate and timely quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and measurement outputs across multiple projects. The role supports the GCC business remotely, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in measurement processes while supporting project teams with project delivery. The position also contributes to mentoring junior staff, improving workflows, and maintaining high standards of measurement accuracy in line with company and industry best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Measurement & Quantity Take-Offs:
- Prepare detailed and accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements and standards.
- Ensure all measurements comply with recognised measurement standards and methodologies.
