Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Quantity Surveyor
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage pre- and post-contract administration of assigned projects.
- Prepare tender documents, review specifications, and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and support project teams, accounts, and finance teams.
- Assist senior managers with daily operations and provide support in their absence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Resolve contractual issues, monitor project costs, and ensure expenses stay within budget.
