Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on newly awarded projects across various sectors and locations within the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Experience in one or more of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure.
- Minimum 4 years of consultant and/or client background.
- Proficient in QS software such as CostX or similar.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good project background and proven English technical writing ability.
- Previous experience with FIDIC Contracts preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of post‑degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
