Your new role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage project costs, contractual obligations, and change processes to ensuremercial efficiency. While preparing budgets, cost forecasts, interim valuations, and final accounts. They will procure and administer subcontractors, including assessing and certifying payments, and oversee variations, change control, and value engineering support.
