Senior Quantity Surveyor – Joinery (Pre & Post Contract) Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor – Joinery to manage both pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities for joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will handle cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and full project cost control to ensure profitability and successful project delivery.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Conduct material take-offs for joinery works (wood, MDF, veneer, hardware, etc.)
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare pricing comparisons and cost analysis
- Support bid submissions and tender strategy
