Responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring costcontrol and alignment with approved financial plans, including trackingvariations arising from design changes.
- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budget appraisals,including development of cost plans for project evaluation and approval.
- Carry out quantity measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities(BOQ), as well as detailed cost data compilation for project planning purposes.
- Support procurement activities by working with internal teams to sourcevendors, maintain approved vendor lists, and provide technical and quantityinputs.
- Lead or support tender exercises, including preparation, evaluation, andcoordination of tender submissions and documentation.
