Job Description
Pre‑Contract
Prepare prequalification documents /quotation/ tenders' submission, prepare cost estimation, measurement and bill of quantities for construction projects based on the tender documents, drawing and specification.
Cost Estimation
Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor and overheads.
Contractual Negotiations
Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, and issue Purchase Order for confirmation.
Quantity Takeoff
Perform detailed quality takeoffs and assist in the preparation of bills and quantities.
Management Application
Assist in project scope, ensuring proper documentation and administrative /paperwork and approval.
Quality Assurance
Collaborate with project teams to ensure that quality standards are maintained while adhering to budgetary constraints.
