Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage the delivery of cost management including but not limited to cost plans and bill of quantities.
- Conduct risk and value management assessments to optimize project costs.
- Perform cost control and financial reporting to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies.
