Responsibilities
Oversee the commercial and contractual management deliverables within the business with the common objective to successfully tender for & deliver projects for the business. Advise a multi-disciplined team of Project Managers, Operations Managers, Cost Controllers and other supporting roles in all commercial/contractual & contract administration matters.
* Support the PMO to deliver in line with the project and business objectives
* Fulfil the duties of a member of the Senior Management team.
* Ensure the Project Delivery Teams embrace necessary change, assisting developing improvements through lessons learned.
* Provide commercial support and direction to the operational team
* Ensure legal & contractual compliance requirements are being met.
