About the Role
This role will be responsible for the delivery of a professional and high-quality QS service for all identified tender enquiries and painting contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage project costs, budgets, and commercial performance across painting contracts.
- Prepare and submit valuations, variations, final accounts, and applications for payment.
- Monitor progress, re‑measure work as required, and ensure accurate capture of all variation values.
- Liaise with clients to agree valuations, resolve issues, and support repeat business.
- Attend handover meetings, communicate contract details to the delivery team, and advise on commercial risks.
