Senior Quantity Surveyor (LTA Projects)
HQ - Bukit Batok
5 - day work week
Primary Objective- Lead and provide guidane to junior QS with experiences, knowledge and technical slotiuons in claims, paperworks submission, documentation, process flow and liaise with clinets and proejct team.
- Support superior in handling complexity issues, VO, Final accounts, negotation with sub-con, dispute and contract legal matters.
- Manage the finanical aspects of construction projects, ensure completed within the allocated budget.
- Equipped with professionalism, to provide support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and ensure that the Company’s objectives are achieved. Liaise with customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.
