Job Description
Reports to the Project Manager.
Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers. Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
Any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
QualificationsDegree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors.
Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
