Job Description
AA Euro Group are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 Contractor delivering high end data centre facilities across Europe. This position will be based on site on a new data centre project in north of the Netherlands.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the full commercial management of projects. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, Project Manager and the wider construction team, the role ensures that projects are delivered successfully, risks are managed and commercial returns are maximised. The Senior Quantity Surveyor takes ownership of commercial and contractual issues while supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to the overall performance of the business.
