Position OverviewSPEC-Africa requires a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for the commercial management of major construction, security infrastructure, power and engineering projects .
The role oversees the full commercial lifecycle of projects , including tendering, procurement, cost control, contract administration, certification, and final account closure.
The successful candidate must have the capability to manage large and complex projects independently , ensure strong commercial discipline, and provide leadership across project, procurement, and commercial teams.
