JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Quantity Surveyor supports the Commercial Team in managing valuations, payment applications, variations, cost control, final accounts, and commercial reporting for airport and infrastructure works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare, review, and assess IPCs, payment applications, valuations, and commercial submissions.
- Review, evaluate, and substantiate variations, change orders, and cost impacts.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, measurement sheets, and supporting commercial records.
- Support cost control, cash flow forecasting, cost reporting, and budget monitoring.
- Assist in the preparation and settlement of final accounts.
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to validate quantities and progress.
