Job Summary
Manage construction contract processes including tender submissions, progress claims, and contract finalization to ensure compliance, timely payments, and effective stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions that fulfill project requirements and meet deadlines
- Manage progress claims, variation orders, and finalize project contracts to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Solicit and compile quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications and drawings
- Analyze and interpret tender specifications and drawings to support accurate contract documentation and submissions
- Establish and maintain effective communication and rapport with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate certification of payment claims
