We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and post-contract functions for government and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost estimation, tender analysis, subcontract management, and variation claims within the local construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and review tender documents for completeness and compliance (specifications, drawings, commercial & technical requirements)
- Perform detailed cost estimation, material take-offs, and man-hour calculations
