Lead the preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations with precision and technical accuracy. Coordinate with site teams to gather necessary evidence, including photographic documentation and site logs, to substantiate Extension of Time (EOT) and Loss & Expense claims. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to project-based Quantity Surveyors, ensuring adherence to measurement standards and claim procedures. Assist in monitoring project budgets, identifying cost variances promptly, and delivering feedback to project teams to maintain financial control. Support the creation of commercial reports and financial updates for presentation to senior management. Requirements
