Job Description
• Remuneration package: SGD6,000 to SGD$8,000 Basic + AWS + Excellent Variable Bonus

Responsibilities
- Lead the full tender process, including cost estimation, tender submissions, negotiations, and client presentations
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the tender process
- Review value engineering proposals and evaluate their cost implications
- Monitor tender performance, market pricing trends, and prepare related reports
- Lead, guide, and mentor tender team members to ensure project efficiency and quality
- Support contract administration activities, including contract reviews, claims, and dispute resolution matters
