SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - TENDER (ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION)

• Remuneration package: SGD6,000 to SGD$8,000 Basic + AWS + Excellent Variable Bonus • SINGAPORE Construction project • M&E Construction company with over 30 years of reputation Responsibilities Lead the full tender process, including cost estimation, tender submissions, negotiations, and client presentations Prepare cost plans, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the tender process Review value engineering proposals and evaluate their cost implications Monitor tender performance, market pricing trends, and prepare related reports Lead, guide, and mentor tender team members to ensure project efficiency and quality Support contract administration activities, including contract reviews, claims, and dispute resolution matters
