Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
Handle tendering works including preparation of tender documents, calling and evaluation of sub-contractor quotations
Source, negotiate, and award sub-contracts in accordance with company procedures
Prepare and assess progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
Monitor project costs and identify potential cost risks and mitigation measures
Administer contracts in accordance with SIA / REDAS / PSSCOC standard forms
Prepare payment claims and certifications to clients and consultants
Attend project, site, and commercial meetings
Manage contractual correspondence and assist in claims and dispute matters where required
Ensure compliance with contract terms, statutory requirements, and company policies
