- Having QS tendering experience in MRT/ PUB projects is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Contract manager and involving in HQ tenders projects
- Responsible for all work related to building Quantity Surveyor duties.
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on the progress claim.
- Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.
- Preparing cost estimation and identifying variation works.
- To source quotations from sub-contractors and prepare cost comparisons, negotiate, and award contracts
- Variation order or EOT claims
- Liaise with the project site, subcontractors, and contractual issues
