Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior RAN Engineer with strong expertise in TM500-based load and performance testing in multi-UE environments. The candidate will work on advanced 4G/5G RAN technologies, focusing on testing, performance optimization, and protocol stack validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform load and stability testing using TM500 in real multi-UE environments
- Work on 4G, 5G, IoT, CBRS, and containerized OAM (O1) for indoor and outdoor small cell deployments
- Lead test strategy, planning, estimation, testbed setup, and execution
- Conduct end-to-end testing with real UE and network elements, including L3 signaling
