Qualifications Degree or the equivalent in computer science or a related field is required. Minimum 5 years software development experience in complex, high performing environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced growing environment. Ability to work independently and take accountability for actions and mistakes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. Strong technical skills and experience with software development tools and technologies. Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
