Job Description
Drive nuclear energy innovation as a Senior Reactor Physicist. Utilize advanced reactor physics codes and methodologies to support plant design, operations, and decommissioning in a hybrid work environment.
This role requires a Master’s or Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering or Science and at least 15 years of relevant experience. You will perform complex reactor physics calculations, adapt computer codes, and analyze data to support both internal and external clients. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and training junior staff are key components of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform finite-core and kinetics calculations
• Supervise and train junior reactor physics staff
• Develop and modify FORTRAN codes as needed
• Interface with clients on reactor-related issues
