️ Senior Projects Manager (Architect) – Residential Development
Oleares | Full-Time Oleares is a real estate development company delivering high-quality residential projects across Spain. As we scale our pipeline, we are looking for a practicing Architect to step into a Senior Projects Manager role — someone who can hold a growing portfolio of simultaneous developments with full command of design, execution, and commercial delivery. What You'll Manage Portfolio-level oversight of multiple residential projects in parallel (~100 units each), across Barcelona and Valencia Lead the design phase across all projects — directing architects, coordinating consultants, and driving municipal and planning approvals Own technical review of design documentation, specifications, permits (licencias de obra), and quality standards across the portfolio Oversee construction, contractor management, site progress, and milestone execution on all active projects...
