Attorney Luke Vetter has joined Fredrikson’s Real Estate & Construction Group in the Minneapolis office.
Vetter helps clients navigate real estate transactions by supporting leasing, acquisitions and development matters from due diligence to closing. Assisting clients throughout every stage of commercial real estate transactions, Vetter’s work includes preparing and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents, as well as conducting title and survey reviews and researching land use, zoning, and permitting issues.
Drawing from over a decade of experience in legal technology and operations, Vetter brings an informed, systems-oriented mindset to transactional real estate work. He approaches each matter with practicality and attention to detail, helping clients move deals forward efficiently.
