Senior Receptionist | Lumino Pitt Street | Part Time

This is a permanent , Part-time role and you are expected to ensure seamless reception operations while providing exceptionial service to our patients and supporting the wider clinical team 

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional patient experience across both practices
• Managing appointments, enquiries, payments, and daily reception workflows
• Supporting clinicians and mentoring junior reception team members
• Maintaining smooth, professional front-desk operations

Hours for this role: 

• Wednesday - 5.00pm to 8.00pm 
• Saturday - 8.00am to 4.00pm 

• Team management or supervisor experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with patients and clinical staff
