As a Senior Recruiter, you will be working on multiple positions across both Europe and the Middle East which may also include a number of key and strategic requirements. With your determination and passion in recruitment, you will identify the best talent who will deliver Parsons’ remarkable projects.

Clearly communicates with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and expectations. Maintains transparent and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Fosters and sustains trusted connections with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Cultivates a positive and professional relationship with potential candidates to elevate the overall candidate experience.
