  • End-to-end senior hiring across APAC:

    • Own full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles across multiple APAC countries, including intake, sourcing strategy, longlisting, interviews, offer management, and onboarding handover.

  • Stakeholder partnership:

    • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to clarify requirements, build assessment plans, and provide market insights (talent availability, compensation ranges, competitor mapping) to drive timely decisions.

  • Proactive sourcing & talent mapping:
