- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Support client and account management activities to ensure recruitment requirements, timelines, and expectations are met.
- Presents and endorses qualified candidates to clients while ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
- Utilizes applicant tracking to maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
