Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to final offer and onboarding.
- Ensure timely hiring in alignment with business and project requirements.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and campus drives.
