Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing and client management skills
- Experience hiring for different types of roles (GTM / commercial, tech, Pharma/Life Science, blue-collar, etc.)
- Fluent English (official working language). Other local languages valued.
- Based in Chile
