In this role, you will:
- Recruit and hire CDL drivers across the U.S.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with drivers
- Manage leads, applications, and daily follow-ups
- Guide drivers through the entire hiring and onboarding process
- Work closely with Safety, Operations, and Dispatch teams
- Help improve recruiting strategies and bring fresh ideas
