What You’ll Do- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Revenue (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success and Partner) and other roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines across multiple regions and time zones.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to shape role profiles, advise on global market conditions, and optimize hiring decisions.
- Represent Sana Commerce with energy — engaging candidates with our culture, mission, and international growth story.
- Improve how we recruit: enhance processes, refine sourcing strategies, and elevate the candidate experience.
