Job Description
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment so as to ensure smooth running of the operations. They will be responsible for general contract staffing in the commercial space. They will be given clients’ orders to work on and is responsible for maintaining their relationship with their clients and their own pool of candidates. At the same time, they will also be asked to do their own business development to bring in potential new clients for the company.
Responsibilities- Handle an end-to-end 360 Degree recruitment, providing recruitment solutions to clients' staffing needs.
- Develop new business accounts and handle the terms and conditions of business including pricing, guarantee provisions with clients.
- Manage, retain, and grow Key Accounts through continuous relationship building and account servicing activities.
