At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our UniQue Luxembourg team.
In this role, you will support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business unit managers throughout the recruitment process, from defining the role requirements to the hiring decision. Responsible for ensuring the quality of candidate sourcing, evaluation, and follow-up, while maintaining smooth and effective collaboration with the institution’s various departments.

- Draft Needs Analysis and Job Postings
- Discuss recruitment needs with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business unit managers, draft job postings based on job descriptions, and select the most relevant channels for distribution (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.). You also plan the various stages of the re...
