- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to successful placement.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional Digital, Marketing, and Commercial talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the process through to placement and post-placement follow-up.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market mapping.
