Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Recruitment Manager to lead business development and recruitment operations.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, organizing interviews, shortlisting applicants, and coordinating placements to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment partners and local clients to ensure smooth collaboration and successful talent acquisition
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of documentation for work pass applications in compliance with Singapore MOM regulations
- Coordinate onboarding and deployment of workers to facilitate seamless integration into client operations
- Monitor and evaluate candidate and client satisfaction post-placement to drive continuous improvement in service quality
