Position: 360 Recruitment Consultant (business development included)
Experience: Mid-Senior at minimum
Sector/Market: Renewable Energy
Reports to: Managing Director Purpose of the Role
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will take full ownership of client development, candidate sourcing, and delivery within the renewable energy market. They will be the first recruiter and play a key role in establishing the company’s reputation, approach, and results in the market. Initially, the focus will be on wind energy recruitment – both onshore and offshore – with the goal of expanding into solar, battery storage, and wider renewables in year two.
