**MANTECH** seeks a motivated and adaptable **Senior Regional Lead** to join our team in **Oahu, Hawaii.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Manages and directs the daily operations of regional business units, overseeing multiple departments and administrative functions.
+ Monitor the performance of subordinate teams and implement organizational policies to achieve operational goals.
+ Develop and manage regional budgets while coordinating the allocation of resources to support various mission-critical activities.
+ Directs the execution of hub-based logistics and sustainment operations within the special operations command environment in the Pacific AOR.
+ Evaluate regional status reports to prioritize resource movements and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
+ Lead the coordination of cross-functional hub leadership teams to resolve critical operational bottlenecks affecting theater-wide readiness....
