The Senior/Regulatory Manager for Enforcement Policy develops enforcement policies, frameworks, and procedures. The incumbent will maintain controlled documentation and provide operational support for enforcement functions.[What you will be working on]
- Formulate and implement enforcement policies and legislative proposal
- Present enforcement policy proposals and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop enforcement strategies that improve the authority's enforcement capabilities and effectiveness
- Conduct research and analysis on enforcement issues to support policy development and operational effectiveness
- Assist in developing and reviewing enforcement workflows and standard operating procedures
