AVP – Senior Relationship Manager, Institutional Liabilities
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Liability Sales, Relationship Management, or Transaction Banking. Proven track record of mobilizing CASA deposits and managing Corporate & Institutional client relationships. Sound understanding of Transaction Banking solutions, Cash Management, and liability products. Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations, KYC, AML/CFT requirements, and banking compliance standards. Strong business development, relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a performance-driven environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
