Job Description
- Ensures achievement of R&D program to reach objectives - Reviews progress and evaluates results to identify materials and components for battery advanced materials purposes to evaluate up to TRL5
- Proposes ideas & leads the activity to obtain the results expected in the frame of IAT cell chemistry roadmap for Advanced chemistry cell development
- Proposes action plans to lead the work he is in charge of following the specifications established by internal customers
- Provides synthesis to hierarchical and functionnal management and internal customers of the results of the work of his/her team with pro-activity
- Leads local collaborations with key technological actors on the market
- Participates to international meetings . Technical survey of world state of art, patents & bibliography
- Lead a team to achieve his/her activities
- Organizes and control the work of the team reporting to him/her
