Job Designation: Principal / Senior Research Officers
Working Days: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm & Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Roles and Responsibilities- Draw on knowledge of psychology and behavioral sciences to conceptualize and conduct applied research studies as required by the Authority.
- Support professional supervision of research officers involved in assigned project.
- Conduct literature reviews and write reports on research studies as required by the Authority.
- Collect and analyze research data.
- Communicate research findings through presentations and training platforms (e.g. classroom, seminars).
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate research requests.
- Providing publication related support.
- Archive research process and outcomes as part of the Authority's knowledge management efforts.
