Overview: The Senior Resident Engineer will lead site supervision for large‑scale mega/giga developments, including villa communities and high‑rise buildings, ensuring delivery in line with design intent, UAE authority regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. The role demands strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholders.
Your role- Lead end‑to‑end site supervision for mega/giga projects (mixed‑use, villas, and high‑rise developments).
- Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
- Manage and mentor Resident Engineers, inspectors, and discipline engineers.
- Review and approve shop drawings, materials, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
