Job Description
The Senior Resident Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations at, REDtone’s customer site. Ensuring optimal performance of ICT systems, infrastructure, and services. This role requires hands‑on expertise and leadership in troubleshooting, system administration, and proactive maintenance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support across applications, servers, storage, networking, and security
systems. - Lead incident management, including resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive
