Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, analyze, and evaluate residential and commercial real estate assets across the Lisbon market, providing strategic recommendations based on market trends, profitability, and growth potential.
- Lead the full acquisition and brokerage process, from sourcing opportunities to closing transactions.
- Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, brokers, developers, and other key market stakeholders.
- Manage high-value negotiations with landlords, sellers, buyers, and strategic partners to secure favorable terms for Ukio.
- Develop and execute acquisition and portfolio expansion strategies to increase the availability and quality of assets within the Ukio portfolio.
- Drive business development initiatives by proactively identifying new market opportunities and partnership channels.
